From the Waialua Estate on Oahu’s North Shore, this single origin chocolate has a smooth fruity flavor with the added creaminess of milk.  38% cacao from Forastero, Trinitario and Criollo beans.

Hawaiian Kokoleka Semisweet 55% Chocolate
From the Wailua Estate on Oahu’s North Shore, this single origin chocolate has a bouquet of tropical fruits and flowers, with a slight underlying tannic base to give it a gentle tang.  This 55% cacao is from Forostero, Trnitario and Criollo beans.

Great for baking and cooking or savoring by itself or with a glass of wine.
