Description
The transformation from caterpillar to butterfly is one of the most exquisite in the natural world. As an aurelian, or just lover of butterflies, you will never be without joy with this lovely chair transforming your special space!
Lepidopterology (from Ancient Greek λεπίδος (scale) and πτερÏÂÂÂÂÂA?ν (wing); and -λογία -logia.),[1] is a branch of entomology concerning the scientific study of moths and the three superfamilies of butterflies. Someone that studies in this field is a lepidopterist(or aurelian).
ARTIST STATEMENT/INFLUENCE:
<!--[endif]-->The world of plants and animals offers endless inspiration to me, offering a perfect vehicle for the saturated color and meandering line that are fundamental to my style. The idea for this project originated with antique natural history books.
