The meandering line and delicate graphics of this chair remind us of primitive Celtic symbols representing balance, unity and nature. The earthtone and harmony will surely bring a sense of serenity to any space!

ARTIST STATEMENT/INFLUENCE:
Student at the School of the Arts

School of the Arts (SOTA) is a Rochester City School District secondary school located in the heart of Rochester’s Cultural District. SOTA serves students in grades 7-12. Students at the School of the Arts carry a full academic course load in addition to a rigorous fine arts sequence.  Students that participated in the “Take A Seat, Make A Difference” Friendship Chair Project all did so to use their talent to help provide a “hand up” to other city school students and their families.
