Food Aficionado Joe Ades will prepare and serve a 4-5 course gourmet meal for up to 6 people at his home in Tarrytown in southern Westchester County (al fresco, weather-permitting). Will supply wine, beer, soft drinks.  Some examples of dishes served include Golden Gazpacho, Red Lentil Soup, Asian Caesar Salad, Ginger Chicken, Filet Mignon w/ Chipotle Sauce, Sea Bass w/ Parsnip Puree and Chive Oil, Coconut Crème Brulee, Chocolate Amaretto Mousse.

Includes a pre-dinner tour of nearby Lyndhurst, Jay Gould's Gothic 19th-century Hudson River mansion (May-December).
