A baking lesson with Britta - a Bohemian recipe handed down from a friend. The main ingredient is apples - 4 pounds! The dough made out of flour, oil and water is then rolled out and then pulled out paper thin on a kitchen towel. The apple pieces, roasted breadcrumbs, almonds and raisins are put on the dough abd topped with cinnamon and sugar.With the help of the towel,it is transferred to a baking sheet and then baked to perfection.
