Blank book is 100% handcrafted and hand stitched by Denise Joy Slobodnik of Alto Clef Press. All materials used are acid free abd archival. The Paste Paper on the cover boards was created originally for this book. The Book Cloth is Japanes brocade backed by paper. The body text paper was saved from the recycle bin of Mendo Litho in Fort Bragg, CA. Since the paper was used to be used as wine bottle labels it has what is called " wet strength" and so can be used for pen and ink or water color sketches. Of course all other implerments of writing will work as well.

This book has 190 pages of 6 signatures of 32 pages and handstitched with linen thread rubbed with beeswaz. Enjoy !
