Tashana Phillips is the CEO of De'Carlas Treats. Tashana is a graduate of Wor-Wic Community College with her Associates Degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management. Her expertise is creating custom experiences for her clients and customers by bringing their ideas to life. 

Tashana has a big passion for food and helping people. The service she provides is the service she believes all people should experience. Brain-storming and fun ideas are some of what Tashana brings to the table for her clients. 

Tashana is a family oriented person; She truly believes in legacy De'Carlas stems from the loss of her late father Darnell Phillips and Aunt Carla Phillips who passed at a premature age. She strives to change the lives of many people with her background Corrections as well. Working hard towards providing Job resources to Returning Citizens, so they to can experience a better quality of life.
