You must contact the track at least three weeks prior to the desired date.
This package may be used anytime during our 2023-2024 racing season based on availability and with the exceptions of: Derby Week (opening night-thurby), oaks and Derby Days, Mother's Day, Preakness Day, Belmont Day, Father's Day, All Night Racing Dates; Breeder's Cup days and Thanksgiving weekend. *Millionaire’s Row is not guaranteed to be open or have seating availability, as it is opened based upon demand or type of event for each individual race day. A comparable dining room may be offered if Millionaire’s Row is not available.
Special Instructions
Winners are automatically contacted at the close of the auction and any specific instructions will be included. Please make sure in advance that your credit card and mailing address information on file with Bidding for Good are accurate and up to date. $2 fee will be added to winning bid to help cover mailing and processing costs.
Items will be processed and shipped the week of May 6th. Items will not be shipped until payments are confirmed.
