The Pan American Symphony Orchestra (PASO) is the only orchestra in Washington, DC dedicated to music from Latin America. These recordings are from PASO’s live performance of works by Astor Piazzolla and other Latin-American composers which was held at the Organization of American States (OAS) headquarters where the Embassy of Argentina to the U.S. and the Permanent Mission of Argentina to the OAS jointly commemorated the 30th anniversary of Argentina's return to democracy.
