This stein has a banner with a German saying across the top of the scene which depicts men gathered around a table drinking after a hunting excursion. There is a fireplace in the background. There is some wear along the bottom of the stein and a small hairline crack on the inside rim on top. Otherwise, the stein appears to be in good condition with only very minor scratches on the scene which are not really noticeable when looking at the stein on display. There is very minor crazing on the handle. See photos.

There is an old stamp on the bottom but it is too faded to see what it says. Also on the bottom is 1223.

It stands 13" tall, opening at top is 3 1/2", and base is 5 1/2".
