This is a small stein with a pewter lid that is loose. The bottom has a sticker that says Murray Kreiss & Co., Copyright 1950 Japan. The scene on the stein is of couple in the country eating a meal together with the family dog curled up at their feet. The colors are beige, tan, red, blue, and green. The pewter lid is ornate, as is the handle of the stein. There are no other markings. The stein is 4 1/4" tall without the lid and with the lid it is 5 3/4" tall. The top opening is 1 1/2" and the bottom diameter is 2 1/2".

The stein does not have any chips or cracks but does have some crazing. See photos for details.
