In September 1938, Carl and Ellen Swanson opened Swanson Jewelers in an old building on what is now the site of the Cyrus Dallin Art Museum. The rest is history! 

This third generation, family-owned and operated jeweler is the only store affiliated with the American Gem Society in the greater Arlington area, and one of only three stores in Massachusetts with that distinction. Over the years, Swanson has grown from a simple watchmaker's shop to a full-service jeweler, but their philosophy has always been the same: to offer quality products and services and to deliver an honest value to all.
