Here is an affordable family activity - go to the Zimmer Children’s Museum.  It is a non-profit cultural institution located on Museum Row in Los Angeles, featuring hands-on exhibits for children 0-8 to explore BIG IDEAS in creative and inspiring settings. The Zimmer is also the only museum dedicated specifically to kids and families in Los Angeles. The museum offers 10,000 square feet of discovery-based exhibits and more than 20 classes and free public programs each week in art, music & movement, cross-cultural exchange, school readiness, early childhood education, and foreign language.
