Description
Gabriela M. Vásquez, former LASA parent and graduate of the Texas Culinary Academy, will come to your home and prepare an authentic, delicious Paella Mixta outdoors for you and your guests.
Paella Mixta is a wonderful mix of seafood, chicken, Spanish chorizo, and other meats blended with spices and fragrant saffron-scented rice. (We regret that at this time, we cannot make changes or substitutions).
Please provide two weeks notice to schedule your event. Party is for up to 25 people.

At the conclusion of the auction, once receipt of payment is confirmed, the winner can claim their gift certificate in front of the LASA office before classes and at lunch on December 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th.
