Stare out onto Castle Crags, Mt Eddy (and the Trinity Mtn Range beyond), Black Butte, Rainbow Ridge, Spring Hill, and Mt Shasta itself from all the porches. Saunter into downtown Mt. Shasta City and shop. More active vacationers can ski, hike, and swim nearby.

The farmhouse interior features amazing views from every window, a slab dining room table with seating for 10, a spacious well-equipped kitchen designed for large groups, a 6-burner Viking stove, 2.5 natural stone tiled bathrooms, a claw foot tub, radiant heat, wireless internet, Direct TV, local phone, and 3 bedrooms.

The farmhouse sleeps 9 people comfortably- not including infants in port-a-cribs or kids doubling up in bunk beds.

The exterior features amazing views in every direction, a gas grill, a kitchen herb garden, and seasonal access to 8 types of berries and a young fruit bearing orchard. Several porches provide shady respite in the summer and alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the back porch. The grape covered pergola becomes our makeshift outdoor kitchen in the summertime.
