Dalwhinnie Distiller's Edition 2003: This "double matured" single malt whiskey is finished in oloroso-cask, and is released as part of the Distillers Edition series. This one was distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2017. A reliably delicious release from the Highland-based distillery.

Talisker Distillers Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky: Aged for ten years, this limited edition single malt scotch was finished in Amoroso sherry casks.
