'Across the Pond' and ' Day is Done'

Born on the west coast of Scotland, Ann is no stranger to dramatic beauty! Hence, she believes, it reflects in her work. "Art has captured my interest for as long as I can remember and it never ceases to amaze me how it constantly embraces life in so many ways,". Much of her work starts with a wash of paint on a brush but inevitably the palette knife make its appearance. Ann's latest work is of a more contemporary nature but she feels her past expereince with landscapes, cityscapes, still lifes and even family portraits has lead her to where she is and wants to be artisitcally.
