Your child and 4 friends will come to school early to enjoy a mindful morning creating calming glitter jars while enjoying croissants and other allergy sensitive breakfast treats with our wonderful school counselors, Mrs. Hopkinson and Ms. Whalen.

At the end of the experience, students will be able to bring home their calming jar to use anytime they need a mindful break from big feelings. They can even share it with the rest of your family!
