Perkins is a one-of-a-kind vintage artist-made/handmade collectors teddy bear. He was created by talented, globally-known bearmaker Leonard Gotoking (J.A. Bruinsdzigns, Singapore).

Perkins has beautiful strawberry blonde, medium length mohair fur and faux suede trapunto/sculpted upper and lower paw pads with hand-painted, sculpted accents. The face on this bear is "loveable" with a shaved muzzle, waxed embroidered nose, glass eyes and a hand-stitched slightly pouty but sweet mouth.

A wonderfully complex and colorful ruff/collar surrounds this face and jingle bells hang down from behind the collar. Another wonderful touch is Perkin's little jutting-out tummy. Finally Perkins is 17" upright, approximately 12" sitting. He is jointed and positionable. He has hang and sewn tags. And he comes from a clean, non-smoking environment (and was also kept in a light-free glass case and/or an enclosed chest).
